Barr. Naboth Onyesoh is a seasoned legal practitioner and the Acting Director of Legal Services as well as Director of Project Certification and Authorization (PCAD) at the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). He has represented NCDMB in numerous legal and regulatory forums and has been instrumental in contributing to policy development and project approvals that promote indigenous participation in the industry.
