OUR PEOPLE
Board of Directors
The Board of African Refinery Port Harcourt Limited (ARPHL) is composed of representatives from African Refinery Group (ARG) and the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). Together, they provide strategic oversight, ensure strong corporate governance, and guide the successful delivery of ARPHL’s 100,000BPD refinery project in Port Harcourt.
